Madison House Private Members Club Debuts at Fort Canning, Singapore

Developed by Dubai-based lifestyle group Sunset Hospitality Group, the club occupies a standalone building beside Mett Singapore within the historic surrounds of Fort Canning Park. Spanning four floors and more than 37,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, Madison House has been designed as a destination where hospitality, social life and personal wellbeing intersect. At its core, the new members club brings together dining, fitness and wellness with a curated programme of social experiences. The concept reflects a broader shift among private members’ clubs globally, where wellbeing and performance are increasingly treated as part of a more integrated approach to modern living.

Fitness and Lifestyle Facilities

Central to Madison House is a 3,200-square-foot gym equipped with advanced Technogym strength and cardio machines alongside functional training zones. The space is framed by marble, stone and tropical foliage, resulting in a high-performance fitness environment that is set in a space that feels more like a private retreat. Boutique studio classes form another pillar of the club’s fitness offering. Members can participate in sessions ranging from Reformer Pilates and HIIT to TRX training, led by specialist instructors. Private changing rooms include a cold plunge, sauna and steam facilities designed to support both recovery and relaxation.

Beyond the gym, the club expands into racquet and leisure facilities. Members will have access to two padel courts, a dedicated pickleball court and two swimming pools surrounded by daybeds intended for relaxation and social gatherings.

Social and Cultural Spaces

While wellness is a major component of Madison House, the club is equally positioned as a social hub. The Members Lounge and outdoor terrace overlook the greenery of Fort Canning Park, offering spaces that transition naturally from daytime meetings and brunches to evening cocktails. Programming will play a significant role in shaping the club’s identity. Planned activities include breakfast and supper clubs, industry discussions, live music sessions and curated wine and whisky tastings. Sporting events and racquet socials will also form part of the calendar, encouraging interaction among members beyond the gym floor.

The Longevity Suite Arrives in Asia

A defining feature of the club is its partnership with The Longevity Suite, which will open its first Asian location inside Madison House. The wellness clinic introduces treatments focused on longevity and performance — including cryotherapy, advanced diagnostics and biohacking protocols. Members will be able to access aesthetic therapies and personalised health programmes administered by specialists, expanding the club’s wellness offering beyond traditional spa treatments that are readily available on the wellness market.

These services will operate as a dedicated partner experience within the club and will be available to members at an additional cost.

A New Generation of Private Club

Mark Watts, managing director of Madison House

According to Mark Watts — managing director of Madison House — the concept reflects evolving expectations around private membership. “Madison House is our answer to a new era for private clubs, where optimal living, holistic wellness and meaningful community take centre stage,” he says. “We built this club for individuals who want more than exclusivity. They are looking for connection, enrichment and spaces that support both performance and relaxation.”

Singapore marks the first Madison House location globally and the inaugural entry in Sunset Hospitality Group’s private members club division. A second club is already planned for Milan, expected to launch later in 2026.

Founding membership applications are currently open.
